We needed help going to one or our remote locations and assisting in bringing up a Cisco ASA. Within 24 hours of contacting Ian he was at our remote location and was able to get our ASA up and the tunnel built back to our data center. Ian was very responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend DEC and Ian to anyone. They really helped us out of a bind, I can’t thank them enough.
