We needed help going to one or our remote locations and assisting in bringing up a Cisco ASA. Within 24 hours of contacting Ian he was at our remote location and was able to get our ASA up and the tunnel built back to our data center. Ian and his team really pulled through for my small business. I was in need of custom software that I was unable to buy off the shelf. I contacted 15-20 companies over the past 6 years inquiring if the would be able to write this code... In less than a week we had our code and notification system setup and implemented.
