If a server fails, or a virus infects the network, our engineers can resolve the major obstacle for you, or with your internal IT staff. This is historically the most prevalent way that outsourced IT Support was offered and utilized. The two greatest drawbacks, is an inconsistent ability to budget for IT & Technology costs, and break -> fix solutions being the only implementation method. This is an almost entirely reactive system, as we must be notified that an issue exists, before we implement resolution. These concerns have led to our creation of a second option.

    Unlimited IT Support and issue resolution for your entire network, for one fixed monthly cost, is the foundation for this new offering. Each WiFi access point, laptop, desktop, server, and even VoIP phone can be completely covered, both in terms of warranty and issue resolution. This allows our IT engineers to become completely knowledgeable and familiar with your network, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, as opposed to opening a ticket, and having us review and test various systems before discovering the true issue. You network and systems are also afforded a higher level of security, as patches, revisions, and updates are applied as the manufacturers release them, not only when a device has an error, and requires attention.
